- H1: Perceived system specification is positively related to E-procurement Implementation Management.
- H2: E-procurement Implementation Management is positively related to Impact on E-procurement System.
- H3: E-procurement Implementation Management mediates the positive effect of perceived system specification on Impact on E-procurement system.
