  1. Achievement of research objective

    • The three objective which are to provide understanding and guidelines of challenger’s implementation, limitation and solution had been elaborated and distinguished in this journal 

  2. ​Discussion

    • The E-procurement unit in MOF is responsible for successful implementation of e-procurement in government agencies.

    • However, government had overcame some of the issues arise such as lack of IT infrastructure in rural and urban area, also contract management.

  3. Conclusion​

    • The challenges of e-procurement implementation can be diversified by:

      • Challenges in system specification are related to software integration and data management, also legal and administration procedures as well as IT infrastructure.

      • Challenges in implementation management are related to outsourcing contract and IT skills only.

  4. Recommendation​

    • To implement this issues research for risks analysis and future strategies when trying to implement future e-government project need to be done.​

  5. Contribution of the study​

    • This research aim is provides a normal for further thought and analysis on primary issues faced by developing countries in e-procurement implementation​

  6. Limitation of current study​

    • This only study focuses on understanding the challenges, limitation and resolutions of e-procurement implementation in government sector.​

  7. Suggestions for further study​

    • The author had suggest for future research in any electronic government project should identify how outsourcing of IT projects could assist developing countries in improving public services.​
