We are Muhammad Asri, Dwiyanty Agustynah, Athirah Salsabiila, and Nur Amira as semester four students in Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) Islamic Finance in Universiti Kuala Lumpur Business School pursuing a research on Smart City Management with a topic on E-Procurement. Therefore, we had choose  E-procurement implementation: A case of Malaysia government journal to do some research for our Business Research Method project  and research exhibition which will be held on December 2018.

As we know, numerous nations worldwide have recognized e‐procurement as a need of e‐government plan and have actualized, or are executing, e‐procurement frameworks. Thus, we are here to examine a review of theory, framework, items of variable, etc. Through the framework, we could understand the challenges of e-procurement application in government sector.
